01 General Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Metbet and its users. By accessing the metbet.im website or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Metbet is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Every user is responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

02 Account Registration

To create an account on Metbet, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may operate only one account.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Metbet:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is available and active.
• Pre-match bets are accepted before the match begins; live bets are accepted while the match is in progress.
• Metbet reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds caused by a technical glitch.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by Metbet and is subject to change.
• Match results will be determined based on the official announcement by the relevant governing authority.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, Metbet reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment.

During live betting, odds may change due to internet connection delays. In such cases, Metbet reserves the right to apply the last confirmed odds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following policies govern all financial transactions on Metbet:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500; minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Transactions must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals via a different method are not permitted.
• For suspicious transactions, Metbet may place withdrawals on hold until the investigation is complete.

05 Bonus Terms

Metbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users one time only.
• Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 10–30x the bonus amount.
• A specific time limit applies to meeting wagering requirements — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• The minimum odds for bets placed using a bonus are generally 1.50 or higher.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Metbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Metbet platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.

• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting on behalf of or in the name of a minor.
• Creating multiple identities to abuse the bonus system.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Metbet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.
• When a security risk to the account is identified.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In cases of voluntary closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

• Bets or transactions missed due to internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• If the user's password or account details are exposed due to their own negligence.

09 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:

• Complex cases may require up to 7 business days to investigate.
